Job Scope

1. Ensure all staff comply with warehouse operations processes and safety procedures.
2. Handle day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving shipments and inventory control with integrity.
3. Prepare reports and assign tasks to staff.
4. Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancies.
5. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper safety and housekeeping at all times.
6. Assist in resolving issues between the warehouse and other departments.
7. Assist in leading a team of Warehouse Assistants and Data Entry Clerks to ensure efficient warehouse management.
8. Supervise receiving and shipment according to the production plan efficiently.
9. Ensure the SAP system and physical stocks are well maintained in real-time.
10. Ensure safety, 5S, and efficiency of the warehouse arrangement together with the team.

Working Hours:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Work Pattern:
Monday - Friday

Kallang

Pay Details:
Basic Up to $3000
