Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse outbound operations to achieve targets & customer expectations
• Work closely with buyers, shop floor supervisors & other departments to resolve issues related to deliveries and returns
• Track and analyse KPIs to enhance operational efficiency & ensure timely deliveries
• In charge of staff trainings on outbound processes in alignment with company guidelines; to maintain a clean & organised warehouse following 5S standards.

Job Requirements:

• O Level and above
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics/shipping industry
• Good knowledge in warehouse outbound process
