Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day logistics activities.
• Work closely with Supervisor & Manager to ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety and to achieve the assigned KPI.
• Lead process optimization and ensure efficiency in transport operations.
• Perform simple SAP transactions (GR / PGI/ DO creation).
• Manage warehouse inventory (cycle count) and accountability (periodic stock take).
• Coordinate with customer care for delivery matters.
• Responsible for a safe and clean work environment (5S).
• Manage some export/import shipments.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents, including pack lists and permits if required.
• Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers.
• Coordinate with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipments.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including experience in leading a warehouse team.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Skilled in computer applications & Microsoft Office.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.

Other Information:

• 5.5-day work week (Mondays - Fridays: 0830 to 1700; Saturdays: 0830 to 1230).
• Working location: Boon Lay.
