Assistant Warehouse Manager (West)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and manage a team - Work closely with the management team to optimize warehousing and logistics operation.
• Responsible for people and warehousing resources management to deliver effective and efficient operation services to customers.
• Ensure all inventories are properly managed and the delivery of logistics services to meet customers' KPIs and conduct operational reviews with internal and external customers to resolve logistics service failures directly with customers and operational team.
• Perform operations review for WMS systems, daily operations, and environment for further productivity and safety practices.
• Ensure Warehouse operations adhered to SOP and safe practices and maintain optimum utilization of warehouse space and constantly review methods of material handling and flow to increase productivity.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and warehouse security.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a supervisory role in 3PL/4PL Warehousing/logistics environment.
• Experience in handling customers and Program Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in high volume & fast-moving sea cargo/Containers environment.
• Possess a Forklift License.
