Job description

Job Responsibilities

Advisory and Stakeholder Management

  • Provide sound expert advice on rewards, benefits and performance management to business leaders and HR colleagues and drive buy-in across stakeholders for new initiatives.
  • Align rewards, benefits and performance strategies with business needs, industry benchmarks and regulatory standards.

Project Management

  • Lead and deliver end to end regional and/or global performance and rewards initiatives/projects with cross-functional teams and see through the entire process from planning to implementation.

Annual Performance & Rewards activities

  • Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct market benchmarking and compensation and benefits surveys. Analyse survey data and industry trends to inform decisions on compensation, performance and benefits. Keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Year end performance and compensation review: Partnering with the business partners and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the activities.
  • Support the reporting analysis and creation of presentation materials to the relevant Committees.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all our programs/initiatives comply with relevant regulations and internal governance. Stay informed of evolving regulatory landscapes
  • Support in managing the risk profile for the department by providing sound policy advice to support decision making in the business.

Data Analysis

  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyse large datasets, generate actionable insights and create data-driven recommendations. Familiarity with Workday and Anaplan is a plus. Develop and make improvements to total rewards reporting and analytics.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Performance and Rewards experience
  • Experience in data analysis using MS Excel and VBA
  • Experience in verbal presentations and visuals using MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. deferral compensation) is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Team player and ability to work in a matrix and complex organisation
