Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst Management & Reporting

We are looking for a Credit Risk Management and Reporting Manager to support our client's regional credit risk management functions, providing deep portfolio insights and ensuring sound risk governance.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Portfolio & Risk Analysis

• Prepare internal reports, including monthly credit portfolio reviews, deep sector/country analysis, Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), and stress testing insights for senior management.
• Monitor portfolio risk profiles, concentrations, and regulatory developments, recommending proactive risk management strategies.

Risk Assessment & New Product Reviews

• Assess and review new regional products from a credit risk management perspective.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze market trends, internal/external early warning signals, and emerging risks affecting the bank’s credit portfolio.

Decision-Making & Regulatory Compliance

• Deliver high-quality credit risk assessments with a strong understanding of risk drivers.
• Support internal credit risk management planning and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide credit risk support to regional branches beyond Singapore.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent qualification with experience in Financial Institution credit risk.
• Strong expertise in credit risk analysis within wholesale banking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
