Assistant Trader / Trader (Steel Department, Sales, APAC Travelling) SR1

Job Description:

1. Handle sales activity in sales department

2. Trading function in steel department including sales & marketing

3. To manage the existing accounts and establish new accounts for steel related products.

4. Correspond & coordinate with clients, overseas offices and headquarters on daily activities.

5. Manage order processing and logistics arrangement request.

6. Manage risk management of customer’s credit lines and stock inventories.

7. Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated.

8. Ensure payments receivable and payable are all made on time.

9. Manage and entertain overseas guests and customers to ensure their well-being.

10. Travel around Asia Pacific region to meet/ visit customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Diploma and above

2. 2-3 years of physical sales experiences will be an advantage

3. Knowledge in steel products will be a big advantage

4. Has initiative and be observant, good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills and analytical mind.
