As an Assistant Tender Manager (Construction), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support Senior Management in developing business strategies and fostering strong client relationships.

• Assist in structuring partnership engagement models, focusing on legal considerations for strategic collaborations.

• Lead and manage the Tender Department, overseeing all pre- and post-tender administration, including procurement activities.

• Supervise cost planning and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

• Oversee the process of inviting quotations, conducting negotiations, evaluating bids, and finalizing agreements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate tenders for marine construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and alignment with company objectives.

• Assess contractual obligations, payment terms, deliverables, and associated risks.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to tender projects through strategic planning.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure tender specifications are met and project milestones achieved.

• Conduct regular evaluations to assess contract performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in contract/tender management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.

• Legal knowledge and experience with Tender are highly preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marine construction processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance, including contract law and legal principles.
