Assistant System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking someone to join our team as an Assistant System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Information System department, providing supports in systems analysis to help drive the company's strategic initiatives. Be part of our dynamic and forward-thinking team!

What you'll be doing

1. Analyze problems, provide solutions to IT issues, and use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
2. Perform routine updates and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
3. Document the workflows into manuals and maintain detailed system and its processes.
4. Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and equipment.
5. Continuously monitor, maintain and repair the organization's network, such as switches, routers, cabling, etc.
6. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and its applications.
7. Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
8. Provide help desk support and training to end-users as needed.
9. Updates and publish newsletters or information onto SharePoint Intranet.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role providing IT supports.
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles is a plus.
• Technical understanding of IT hardware, software and networking
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: IT Support Specialist, or other relevant certifications can be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
