Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Job Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain Management (Upstream)

• Lead end-to-end SCM between Pokka SG with Pokka MFG/Affiliates/OEM/WD/PMY and SC projects.
• Initiate and drive synergies to reduce Total Supply Chain cost, including cross-border trucking cost, inventory/pallet reconciliation across all sites, and PM risk exposure.
• Oversee daily Pokka SG SC operations, including:
  • FG cross-border trucking and replenishment from MFG/OEM to respective WHS location. Ensure supply saleability to market.
  • ERP transactions – intercompany/intracompany PO/GRN/Charge out, ensuring on-time processing and document compliance.
  • Cross-border shipping document preparation/declaration.
  • EBS Maintenance – Packaging code creation, loose FG maintenance, and price maintenance (WIP).
• Responsible for PK purchasing activity for packaging into PSM, including replenishment to PSM production, PO process, and write-off exposure.
• Responsible for artwork readiness coordination with marketing team/supplier.
• Lead cross-functional Group SC projects, including BCRS, CN paper conversion, sleek Can conversion, and 320ml conversion.
• Govern Supply Chain Rules and consistently review SC rules to keep up with changes.
• Effectively communicate to lead and influence cross-functional collaboration to deliver SC KPIs.
• Key stakeholders include Production Planning, Commercial Supply Chain, Manufacturing/OEM, Suppliers, Procurement, Warehouse and Distribution, Order Processing, and Finance.

Area of Responsibility

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with respective affiliates/functions to understand business needs and requirements to support business operations/growth.
• Serve as a point of escalation on upstream Supply Chain serviceability to relevant touch points, and lead workarounds with SC team/MFG to resolve issues.

PK Packaging Activity into PSM

• Ensure timely/JIT replenishment into PSM to support production runs.
• Oversee PO process/GRN process with correct pricing and write-off exposure.
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy on PM to ensure full depletion of PM.

Lead Projects

• Lead cross-functional Group SC projects, including BCRS, CN paper conversion, sleek Can conversion, 320ml conversion, and BPR.
• Initiate and drive synergies to reduce Total Supply Chain cost, including cross-border trucking cost, inventory/pallet reconciliation across all sites, and PM risk exposure.
• Coordinate artwork readiness with marketing team/supplier.
• Govern Supply Chain Rules and consistently review SC rules to keep up with changes.

Overseeing Daily Pokka SG Operations

• FG cross-border trucking and replenishment from MFG/OEM to respective WHS location. Ensure stock saleability to market.
• ERP transactions – intercompany/intracompany PO/GRN/Charge out, ensuring on-time processing and document compliance.
• Cross-border shipping document preparation/declaration.
• EBS Maintenance – Packaging code creation, loose FG maintenance, and price maintenance (WIP).
• Renew FORM D with updated costing annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain.
• Passionate about problem-solving, fixing issues, and leading change with mastery.
• Demonstrate analytical, interpersonal, and team skills.
• Good business acumen to optimize supply chain value-chain to deliver business goals.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and ability to work optimally in a diverse environment.
• Fast learner.
