Role Objective

We are seeking passionate and driven Assistant Store & Service Manager to lead our dynamic retail team at Jewel Changi Airport. These roles are pivotal in shaping the customer journey, driving sales performance, and fostering a team culture that reflects On’s innovation and energy. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, excel in leadership, and have a passion for premium sportswear, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business performance: Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, analyse customer trends, and optimize operations in this unique travel retail setting.
  • Create a seamless shopping experience: Oversee floor operations, ensuring the store is visually compelling, well-stocked, and customer ready.
  • Manage team efficiency: Oversee scheduling and payroll, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for peak and off-peak periods.
  • Enhance team development: Train and mentor sales specialists, fostering a culture of passion and continuous learning.
  • Lead in-store activations: Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and exclusive events tailored to travellers and local customers.
  • Ensure compliance & security: Maintain loss prevention standards, audit compliance, and adherence to Singaporean retail regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail management experience in premium/luxury sportswear or airport retail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales trends and customer behaviours.
  • Experience managing team schedules in variable-traffic environments.
  • Available to work flexible hours aligned with Jewel Changi Airport’s extended operating hours.
  • Strong leadership and operational expertise.
  • Proficiency in retail technology and inventory management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis on business or retail management.
