Location: 7 Outlet Locations across Island | Nearest outlet to your neighbourhood
Working Timing: 44 Hours/Week (Weekend Shift Needed)
Sales Management
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets.
- Oversee store sales performance and set goals for Beauty Advisors.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to meet organizational standards.
- Implement company strategies and document sales transactions.
Customer Service Excellence
- Lead the team with a clear service vision to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Ensure high-quality customer service across all Beauty Advisors.
- Develop service recovery strategies and build customer relationships.
- Regularly assess service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
Operations Management
- Oversee retail administration, staff duties, and inventory control.
- Ensure store facilities and Visual Merchandising meet brand standards.
- Optimize retail space and manage customer orders, including returns.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and crisis response protocols.
Innovation & Productivity
- Lead and motivate the team to improve productivity and drive innovation.
- Conduct assessments to identify and implement enhancements.
- Manage the introduction of new products or services as needed.
People Management
- Provide direction and guidance to team members.
- Foster diversity and support team decision-making.
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in managing a store.
- Experience in leading and developing a team in a premium retail environment.
- You have experience within a KPI driven environment and understand how to drive these for ongoing growth and success.
- Proven track record of leadership and coaching of high-performing teams.
- Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training of all new team members.
- Conducting performance reviews and upskilling team.
- Understanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management level.
- Experience in executing company visual merchandising standards.
