Collaborating with Store Manager in daily store operations including customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising and brand promotion.
Open and close the store during shifts and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functionality.
Coordinate with relevant team members for effective task handovers to maintain operational continuity.
Monitor key performance metrics and ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
Oversee and maintain the visual presentation standards to optimize customer engagement.
Analyze consumer behavior and suggest improvements to product placement, sales strategies, and operational efficiency.
Supervise, motivate, and mentor the store staff to deliver high performance and meet store objectives.
Collaborate with the Store Manager in identifying staffing needs and overseeing in-house training programs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail management.
Proven conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency for internal team.
Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays.
Proficiency in SAP ByDesign or similar programs will be advantageous.
