Brilliant Engineering Pte Ltd is a diversified engineering company specializing in providing MEP System Maintenance Services such as Air Conditioning, Electrical, Fire Protection & Plumbing systems. Our clientele ranges from Tourist Attractions, High-Class Hotels, Retail Shopping Malls, Corporate MNCs, Technology Companies, and F&B Restaurants.

Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven engineer looking to make a significant impact? Our company is seeking an energetic Assistant Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with a diversified list of clients to carry out maintenance or A&A project work on the Engineering System.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Point of Contact for the assigned clients.
2. Ensure M&E Equipment is well maintained to minimize downtime due to breakdowns.
3. Preparation of Quotations for Repair & Project work.
4. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute engineering projects.
5. Utilize your technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.
6. Actively participate in all stages of M&E Projects.
7. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
8. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.
10. Provide supervision to Technicians and Supervisors, ensuring high standards of delivery in terms of service quality, best engineering practices, and safety.
11. Manage Sub-Contractors in repair, new projects, and new installations (if necessary).

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in any Engineering discipline or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities/Building Services or any relevant Mechanical & Electrical related field.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Knowledge:

1. Basic Technical Knowledge in the Mechanical and Electrical field, namely Air-Conditioning and Electrical Systems.
2. Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant technical field application.
