Assistant Sales & Operations Manager

Singapore-based trading company representing international labels such as CHRISTY, MARTEX HOME, CHARLES MILLEN, SUZANNE SOBELLE, and MILTON HOME.

We import a diverse range of lifestyle products from all over the world and distribute them in Singapore's reputable departmental stores.

Lifestyle products include home fashion items such as bed linen, towels, mats, area rugs, bedroom slippers, tableware, home organisers, and more.

We are seeking an individual to assist the Marketing/Sales & Operations Manager in retail operations and administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support and sales coordination to ensure smooth operations of sales counters at departmental stores.

• Requisitioning purchase orders, price tags, marketing materials, etc., from stores to facilitate stock replenishments and sales activities.

• Planning and executing fairs, events, and roadshows conducted at shopping malls or exhibition halls.

• Supporting eCommerce/digital marketing initiatives.

• Managing social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and result-oriented individual.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys dealing with people.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills; positive disposition and a good team player.

• Experience in retail as front-line staff such as promoter, merchandiser, or in sales operations will be an advantage.

• Possession of a Class 3 license will be an advantage.
