We are seeking an individual to assist the Marketing/Sales & Operations Manager in retail operations and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support and sales coordination to ensure smooth operations of sales counters at departmental stores.
- Requisitioning purchase orders, price tags, marketing materials, etc., from stores to facilitate stock replenishments and sales activities.
- Planning and executing fairs, events, and roadshows conducted at shopping malls or exhibition halls.
- Supporting eCommerce/digital marketing initiatives.
- Managing social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and result-oriented individual.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys dealing with people.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; positive disposition and a good team player.
- Experience in retail as front-line staff such as promoter, merchandiser, or in sales operations will be an advantage.
- Possession of a Class 3 license will be an advantage.
