Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager | Heavy Machinery Industry (0580)

Location: Tuas

Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

This role is responsible for overseeing and driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent revenue growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

Sales

1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
2. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed.
3. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
5. Internal Coordination: Ensure agreements with customers are executed by the team.

Marketing

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
2. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
3. Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
4. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences and drive online sales.
5. Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience, preferably in the Heavy Equipment Industry.
2. Valid Class 3 License & possess own vehicle.
