Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to help elevate our business to new heights. Reporting to the General Manager of Business Development, this individual will play a key role in expanding our market presence, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and explore new market segments.

• Proactively seek new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels.

• Establish and nurture relationships with new clients.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform internal strategies.

• Generate and convert leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Deliver confident, persuasive presentations to secure deals.

• Prepare commercial proposals, offer letters, and other relevant documentation.

• Undertake additional tasks as required by the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and identify strategic growth areas.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusted customer relationships.

• Quick learner with a genuine passion for sales.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing and able to travel within Singapore; must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

• Prior experience in preparing proposals and delivering customer presentations is preferred.
