Responsibilities:
To obtain information for obtaining business, cultivate and preserve positive relationships with important accounts, key connections, and critical personnel at various customer organizations.
Create and implement sales strategy to draw in and acquire new clients.
Plan and take part in frequent account reviews to guarantee client satisfaction and company retention.
Ascertain that individual sales goals and/or team KPIs are fulfilled.
Conduct competitive and market intelligence.
Evaluate sales performance throughout time in relation to the annual plan, and if expectations are not met, prepare corrective measures.
Any additional tasks as delegated by the department head or managing.
Requirements:
A degree in a related field and at least five years of air freight sales hunting experience, ideally in the logistics sector.
Have a charming attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Sales-driven to meet goals.
