Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Understand clients' needs and liaise with designers for ID presentation opportunities.
Work closely with designers and project managers to achieve high-quality project completion, taking care of clients and delivering projects seamlessly.
Ensure timely responses to customers’ requests for proposals and quotations with good follow-up
Schedule workflows, ensuring the smooth coordination of renovation projects and handling client interactions.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company management
Job Requirement :
At least 2 years of sales experience in the same industry (renovation & interior design) is preferred.
Positive working attitude, hardworking and creative
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Team player
Experience in managing a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced with MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
