Job description

Job Scope

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Perform detailed needs assessments and propose tailored intralogistics solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Draft and present competitive proposals and quotations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, project management, software) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain precise records of sales and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the intralogistics or material handling industry.
  • Strong understanding of intralogistics solutions, including automation, warehousing, and material flow.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of both independent and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations within Singapore.
