Job description

In the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead the outlet under your charge to deliver excellent customer service and dining experience.

Job Scope

  1. Maintain outlet service quality and display good customer relation skills
  2. Ensure food quality and presentation are up to standard and manage service recovery
  3. Manage peak periods effectively with good hosting and queue management skills
  4. Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign and delegate duties among staff
  5. Plan outlet schedule and deployment
  6. Manage staff discipline and performance issues
  7. Execute outlet administrative duties and management reporting
  8. Maintain restaurant hygiene and upkeep
  9. Achieve sales target and manage maintenance, labour and food costs

Job Information

  1. Working Hours: 5 days/week (2 off days per week, no split shift)
  2. At least 2 years experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience
  3. Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn
  4. Salary will commensurate with experience
  5. Staff meal provided
