Designation

Assistant Restaurant Manager (Rempapa)

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the team to execute operation requirements of the restaurant
  2. Be well equipped with knowledge of all products and services at the restaurant
  3. Monitor reservations and ensure special dietaries are taken note of and communicated with Chef and Operations Manager
  4. Manage inventory orders and maintenance costs
  5. Execute and maintain hygiene and safety of all areas, implementing procedures according to respective regulatory and company SOP requirements
  6. Build excellent relations with all guests, anticipating needs to provide flawless, professional service experiences
  7. Observe and be attentive to guest feedbacks, taking required measures to upkeep and improve products and services
  8. Work with the Chef, to establish and maintain effective employee relations with all team members
  9. Manage manpower and all employee matters, including but not limited to scheduling
  10. Coach and grow the team, by providing training and guidance
  11. Any other duties as assigned by the Management
