Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday - Friday), 8:30am – 12:30pm (Saturday)

Job Scope

• Familiar with Contract Work Duration and execute installation in a timely manner, recording all forecast schedules and delays.
• Familiar with Contract Work Scope, monitor work in-line with omissions and additions, and update QS on all variations closely.
• Familiar with technical specifications and comply with material procurement, cost control, and material wastage control within budget.
• Provide technical support and assist in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing, and commissioning of equipment to the required specifications and quality.
• Liaise with consultants, owners, and relevant authorities on engineering requests.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance with the master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Supervise installation compliance and requirements during the construction stage from start to completion and handover of the project.
• Supervise contractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Services.
