The Signature Research Programme in Health Services & Systems Research (“HSSR”) in Duke-NUS Medical School is a centre of academic excellence for research and education on the organisation, funding and delivery of health services. The programme’s focus is on public health and clinical service innovation in an increasingly complex and connected world. The major research focus of HSSR is the organisation and delivery of health and social services in the context of an ageing population. The research methods include decision science and simulation modelling, survey research, qualitative research, health economics, and implementation science and evaluation. We are also developing a range of education activities for health care professionals including short courses, graduate certificates, Masters course and PhD programmes.
A research-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor based in Singapore is currently available, and the successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of research activities within HSSR and Prehospital Emergency Research Centre (PERC).
