Job description

1. Marketing Communications/ Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with product manager to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive market penetration and sales growth.
  • Plan and execute yearly marketing calendar in line with business objectives.
  • Implement 360 integrated marketing communications campaigns for product portfolio (ATL/BTL marketing communications, campaign materials, POSM production)
  • Assist in implementation of VM guidelines and drive traffic to showroom with a robust Omni channel strategy.
  • Oversee in-store display and create relevant POSM for retail store.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives inclusive but not limited to SEO, SEM, media buy to optimize targeting and achieve KPI.
  • Deliver campaigns on time, and in line with agreed KPI’s.
  • Manage agency partners to deliver on campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Maintain brand and image consistency across all communications and campaigns.
  • Plan and implement consumers, trade events, promotions and 3rd party collaborations with qualitative executions to maximize branding and commercial returns.
  • Revise social media image formats and digital banners.

2. Report/Admin Management

  • Marketing budget planning and registering
  • Quotation and invoice management
  • Campaign performance analysis with an always-on approach to optimise marketing efficiencies.
  • Post campaign report analysis – weekly, monthly campaign/ Marketing report, best practices etc.

3.Stakeholder management

  • Developing & gaining internal alignment of marketing strategies across multiple functional teams, local & international stakeholders.
  • Execute sales and marketing activities in consensus with HQ
  • Work closely with Product Management, Digital Marketing, PR & Social Media/ Corporate Marketing teams to develop IMC strategy and campaigns for product portfolio, and for reporting purposes - ATL/BTL, digital, paid social advertising etc.

4.Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in consumer goods

5.Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Demonstrate competence in use of Microsoft Office software suite, especially PowerPoint , Word, Excel, Electronic mail ,
  • Excellent written communication skills including letter writing and verbal communication skills, particularly dealing with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Highly developed planning, organizing and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a fast paced department or company
  • Experience in dealing with external suppliers
  • Ability to multi task and attention to details.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and high adaptability
