Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the needs of outlet ensuring cost optimization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and ensure timely and efficient supplier performance to meet operational requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies while addressing and resolving procurement-related issues promptly.
  • Support operational needs by addressing procurement-related matters to ensure smooth service delivery across all outlets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or as a buyer within the F&B industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing cost-effective deals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
