Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage materials planning for all Unitized Materials (UM) with Production/QA/QC/Logistics department
• Material control and inventory for all ingredients and packaging materials
• Lead and drive production planning master schedule to meet orders and delivery
• Identify and manage ingredients write-off, inventory holding and work with R&D/various departments to meet cost management targets.
• Lead and run MRP for ingredients and packaging materials on daily/weekly basis and communicate daily/weekly production, procurement, and delivery plans.
• Administer document control and ensure compliance to ISO and internal/external audits.
• Prepare and submit ingredients requisitions.
• Monitor trends, reports and data (e.g. inventory reports, MRS & MPS) to ensure forward planning and minimum disruption to production and fulfilment of orders.
• Ensure inventory supports both sales requirements and within the allocated budget.
• Work with cross functional team to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coach and manage the competency development of team members.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of planning experience
• Leadership Experience
