Assistant Operations Manager (F&B, Tea, FMCG)

Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Manage F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards of the boutiques, counters and pop-ups
• Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, enhance the brand and marketing activities
• Manage beverage and food points of sales to achieve the target / budget and to the brand standards
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
• Develop products, services, staff training manual and comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report and analyze to management regarding sales results, findings, feedback and productivity
• Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising
• Conduct market research to keep abreast with competitors and trends

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Sales & Marketing or any relevant discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in F&B and FMCG operations
• Work closely with office, operations and retail branch managers
• Provide good communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
• Food and beverage management experience (preferably with Tea Plantation knowledge)
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
