Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling, delegation of duties, and quality control, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
• Manage administrative tasks such as petty cash, vehicle logistics, and collaboration across departments.
• Supervise Customer Service and Operations Teams, supporting phone operations and ensuring company policies are properly communicated.
• Provide budget updates to Finance and review compensation actions in line with company policies.
• Conduct feedback consolidation and operational improvement initiatives, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enhancing management practices as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess class 3 driving license
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Operations (F&B/Healthcare/Hotel trade only)
