Job Scope:

1. Handle customers’ enquiries
2. Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the premise in good and serviceable conditions, and liaise with cleaning contractor to ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the premise
3. To ensure warehouse tenants’ operations work in accordance to the SOP and HSSS compliance
4. To conduct daily safety inspection and enforcement
5. Check for any unauthorized parking of vehicles and cargo storage; raising GC bill
6. First responder to incident; obtain relevant information and to send out incident report
7. All other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work on 12-hours shift
• Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel
