Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, document preparation, staff leave tracking, and related administrative duties.
Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
Support the operations team in monitoring project progress and updating relevant stakeholders.
Assist in preparing purchase orders, tracking delivery schedules, and updating records in the system.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager for company-related documentation, including DO and INV.
Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the operations team or management.
