Well Established Logistics and Supply Chain Company

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: $3500 - $4500 (Depend on Experience) + Allowances + VB + Yearly Increment

Location: West

Familiarity with IT-related software/hardware, ISO standards, and HR functions

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the General Manager and provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR team.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as application and renewal of various licenses (e.g., BCA, SDCF, SFA, SLA, etc.).
  • Maintain ISO certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, ISO 13485:2016, etc.) and assist with audit preparation (internal and external).
  • Support HR in the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the maintenance of IT systems and server room, including email setup for new users and liaising with IT vendors (TOPPAN).
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with IT-related software/hardware, ISO standards, and HR functions.
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessment requirements and ISO-related matters.
  • ISO Internal Auditor Certification (preferred).
