As an Assistant Nurse Clinician (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plays a vital role in coordinating, supervising, and ensuring patients receive optimal clinical care, often managing complex cases and leading teams of nurses.

• Utilize clinical skills and knowledge to assess patients, monitor their progress, and identify early signs of changes in their condition.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting care activities, assessments, and interventions.

• Assist in reviewing and identifying ways to improve policies and procedures.

• Work closely with other departments in providing the best care.

• Participate in work improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and SOPs.

• Perform clinical audits.

• Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.

• Provide preceptorship for junior nurses.

• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Nursing with a valid full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• More than 5 years of inpatient experience is preferred.
