Assistant Marketing Manager (F&B Hotpot)

About the role
As the Assistant Marketing Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and communications strategies for our dynamic food and beverage (F&B) business. He/She will be reporting to the Marketing Manager in Singapore and co-working with marketing personnel from our China HQ.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to promote our F&B offerings
• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional media
• Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement
• Maintaining and updating the company's online presence, including website and social media channels
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to measure their effectiveness
• Providing support in the organisation of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management
• Creative flair and the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing content
• Adaptability and the willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends
