Overall Job Purpose:

We're looking for an ideal candidate who is detail-oriented and customer-focused to join our Sales & Ticketing Operations team as the Assistant Manager. This role involves managing ticketing operations and processes, embracing design and planning of visitor experience, executing control and performance improvement of the ticketing operations team, and contributing to the development of the Sales & Ticketing Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversees all facets of the daily operations of the Ticketing Operations, ensuring compliance with the SOPs, audit requirements, and a high-performing ticketing service.
  2. Supervises the ticketing team, including daily briefings, roster allocation, training, SOP monitoring, and problem resolution.
  3. Performs audit checks to monitor and maintain the integrity of cash-handling, fiscal, and security procedures.
  4. Constantly evaluates ticketing needs and provides suggestions for process/procedure improvements in accordance with the changing business and operating landscape.
  5. Identifies, reports, and resolves any business, operations, system, and financial-related issues with internal stakeholders.
  6. Contributes to the development of ticketing strategies to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
  7. Evaluates, counsels, and appraises team performance and offers recommendations for learning and development.
  8. Provides regular and timely operations reports, updates, and presentations to division/department heads.
  9. Supports the planning and execution of special ticketing promotions and packages.
  10. Actively participates and contributes to service transformation projects.
  11. Represents the Sales & Ticketing operations team in cross-division collaboration and coordination meetings.
  12. Responsible for the preparation of management papers and slides.
  13. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in ticketing operations or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
