Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters.
Onboard new clients in accordance with policies and procedures.
Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners as and when required.
Attend and draft minutes of general meetings, board, and board committee meetings.
Perform other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Relevant experience in the corporate secretarial field.
Conscientious and meticulous, with good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure.
Proactive and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
Relevant experience in handling listed companies assignments (preferred).
