Assistant Manager – Surgical & Specialist Services

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join the Surgical & Specialist Services team. This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in clinical operations, ready to support and lead service improvement, resource planning, and patient flow management within a high-performing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across specialist outpatient clinics and surgical units
• Optimize clinical workflows, manpower, and resource utilization
• Collaborate with clinical heads to align service delivery with patient needs
• Track KPIs and lead service improvement initiatives
• Handle patient feedback, escalate service issues, and implement resolutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in clinical operations within a hospital setting is a must
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Able to work with stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical teams
