Assistant Manager, Support Operations

Job Description:

Reporting to the Assistant Director / Senior Manager/ Manager, Operations and Operations Development and Environmental Sustainability, you will support the department in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, systems, and workflows by integrating environmentally responsible practices into daily operations and the long-term goals and strategies of the institution. You will also drive continuous improvements across the various operational sectors with the aim of promoting, initiating, and implementing initiatives regarding sustainable practices.

You will support the Assistant Director / Senior Manager/ Manager in the planning, execution, and management of Operations Development and Environmental Sustainability requirements. You will lead the section under your charge in providing support to the respective functions. As the key contact on the ground, you are expected to work closely with stakeholders (both internal and external) to meet requirements and be the effective change agent to implement the change.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree from recognized disciplines
2. At least 6 years of relevant working experience
3. Working experience in healthcare operations, project management, technology-related fields, or environmental sustainability would be an added advantage
4. Good writing and presentation skills
5. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
