Assistant Manager, Specification

Responsibilities

• Provide product information to specify product for the projects.
• Develop new business opportunities - create brand awareness to the Interior Design & Architectural communities.
• Ensure regular presentations of company products to IDs and Architects.
• Ensure latest laminate ranges/samples are disseminated to IDs & Architects promptly.
• Search & visit new developer, architectural, ID firms and provide consistent service to the existing customers.
• Increase product specifications to projects of all sectors & keep track of ongoing projects and upcoming new projects.
• Increase market share and client base, maintain and create relationships with new & existing customers.

Requirements

• Class 3 Driving license
• Minimum Diploma or Degree with 2 to 5 years of related working experience
• Previous sales experience in building materials, construction materials or interior finish products preferred.
• Independent, Pro-active, Sales Driven & Self-Motivated.
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people.
