Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a department of 30-40 frontline staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of Appointment Services (Call Centre setup)
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, referring parties and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient processes for patients and staff
  • Responsible for department work plan, budget, expenditure, and strategic planning.
  • Lead the department in quality and productivity improvement projects.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare or service industry, with 4 years in a supervisory position
  • Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
  • Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
