Assistant Manager, Specialist Clinic Operations - Appointment Services
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a department of 30-40 frontline staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of Appointment Services (Call Centre setup)
- Work closely with various stakeholders, referring parties and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient processes for patients and staff
- Responsible for department work plan, budget, expenditure, and strategic planning.
- Lead the department in quality and productivity improvement projects.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare or service industry, with 4 years in a supervisory position
- Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
- Possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
- Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
