Description
Assist in financial reporting in line with organizational accounting policies, procedures, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Prepare monthly journals and management accounts, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
Document treasury transactions, such as loan drawdowns and covenant monitoring.
Maintain strong internal controls to ensure data integrity for financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, including group submissions.
Collaborate with stakeholders on operational matters, including tax, treasury, and operations.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Assist in annual budget and forecasting processes.
Drive process improvements and automation in accounting and reporting.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Profile
Hold a relevant degree in Accounting/ ACCA/ CA.
Initial years from a Big Four and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in GL/Accounting.
Experience in Shared Services or COE will be beneficial.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous and organized.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana or other similar ERP systems.
