Assistant Manager/Senior Executive Security

The AM Security works closely with SIAEC’s Contracted Security Manager and the Security Manager to oversee and manage the security protection of the SIA Engineering facilities including establishing the security policy and procedures relevant to the security directives imposed by the National and Foreign Aviation Security Regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, review and implement Tenders for Security Management and Consultancy contracts
2. Develop, review and implement security training material
3. Develop, review and maintain SIAEC Security Manual and Policy
4. Develop and review Security Risks and Roadmap with M(SSE)
5. Develop and Review Control Self-Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ)
6. Investigate security related incidents
7. Attend to RMC and BSRC requirements
8. Review requirements/ specifications for security related systems
9. Plan and budget for maintenance of security related systems
10. Develop, review and implement service level agreements with contractors for security related systems
11. Review technological advancement against existing security related systems
12. Point of contact for MHA, APD, SIA SSE and related agencies
13. Point of contact for TSA and APD audits
14. Audit local and overseas JVs and Subsidiaries
15. Conduct night and intrusion audits

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Good knowledge of security legislations
3. Experienced in implementing security projects including facial recognition systems, CCTV surveillance systems, card access systems, turnstiles, etc.
4. Familiar with card access administration
5. Candidates with prior security and regulatory experience is preferred
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Good analytical skills
8. Independent problem solver
9. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
