DESIGNATION

Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Public Relations (Fund Raising)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage and retain donors. Research and implement new initiatives to increase donor database and income.
2. Individually achieve fundraising target by cultivating existing and new strategic partners and accounts.
3. Relationship management - Build and nurture relationships and CSR programmes with major donors, corporations, trusts and foundations.
4. Pro-actively acquire and identify potential new donors/partnerships to increase funding.
5. Assist in organising Charity Events 3-4 times a year.
6. Project/Event Management - Working with vendors, manage event and project budgets, conduct post-event evaluations.
7. Public facing that involves giving presentations to donors, organisations and foundations, as well as attending networking events and conferences to build network of donors and partners.
8. Copywrite for appeals.
9. Develop new channels/partnerships for fund raising through webinars and corporate outreach.
10. Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
11. Build and grow database year on year.
12. Prepare database for the mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers and other mailing as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma/Degree in business, communications, public relations or marketing.
2. Proven experience in fundraising, business development, mass communications, digital marketing.
3. Team player.
4. Good organisation, communication, marketing and graphic designing skills.
5. Able to work independently and flexibly, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
6. Must be IT savvy and adept at using various social media platforms.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Heart of compassion for the vulnerable.
9. Willingness to persevere and target driven.

Working Hours: Total 44 hours per work week, 8.30am to 5.00pm, 5 day work week.
