Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote dormitory facilities and attract new tenants.
  • Identify and analyze target markets to tailor marketing efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies for a competitive advantage.

Brand Management

  • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity for consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive ventures.
  • Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize website content to effectively market the company’s facilities and services.
  • Oversee the company’s social media accounts to engage the target audience and promote offerings.
  • Optimize the website for search engines to improve online visibility.
  • Regularly update information about the company, facilities, and services.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns to drive inquiries and bookings.
  • Analyze website and data analytics periodically to extract insights and formulate action plans.
  • Manage the online marketing budget and execute campaigns across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to align online marketing initiatives and enhance performance and ROI.
  • Develop and implement email marketing programs to retain and drive bookings from the customer database.

Social Media

  • Define strategies and campaigns to promote engagement and grow the follower base.
  • Develop a content calendar on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Create all social media content.
  • Review campaign performance and identify necessary follow-up actions.

Market Research and Reporting

  • Conduct surveys and research to understand tenant needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.

Requirement

  • Degree in Marketing Communications or related fields.
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or student housing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience in content creation and proficiency in graphic design tools is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation and strategy refinement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and networking.
  • Effective project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
