Job Description
Oversee the administration of all benefits insurance policies and ensure that all policies are renewed in a timely manner and compliant to local regulations
Ensure timely processing of all medical claims and completion of regulatory-required medical checks (i.e. annual audiometry exercise) by working closely with the medical Third-Party Administrator (TPA)
Oversee the administration of all staff travel privileges and management of duty travel processes, including annual loading of travel entitlement and regular review of duty travel SOPs for divisional travel administrators
Manage the process and resolve any issues related to all other staff benefits such as Carpark allocation, Holiday Subsidy, Bursary award etc.
Conduct regular reviews of benefits-related costs (duty travel expenses, medical expenses etc.) for benefits plan design purposes
Ensure compliance to WICA and other local regulations by working closely with the Workplace Safety and Facilities division on safety and security matters
Provide guidance and advice to Business Units on benefits administration matters
Support system-related projects or enhancements as and when required
Carry out other duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or Business Management from recognized universities
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with MNC
Able to engage internal and external stakeholders
Able to establish good working relationships with vendors
Proficiency in analytical skills, management reporting, communication, leadership, and IT
Proficiency with office suites like Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access is preferred
Exhibit a strong sense of teamwork and a hands-on approach to resolution of matters
Ability to communicate well with staff of different levels
Ability to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive depending on experience and qualifications
