Job Description
Assist in the development and implementation of the Company’s compensation strategies, including pay scales, salary structures, and bonus programs. Support job evaluation, compensation, and benefits analysis.
Conduct market-related pay research/benchmarking and help review the reward package periodically to ensure competitiveness.
Conduct evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the Company’s compensation and benefits programs in attracting, retaining and motivating employees.
Review and communicate annual salary adjustments for staff.
Assist with development and administration of recognition program.
Administration of performance management policies and processes, including the management of poor performers.
Assist with review of secondment/international assignment benefits and policies as part of Mobility Management.
Participate and support negotiations with labour unions or employee representatives regarding compensation and benefits packages.
Support complaint resolution and handling of employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits transactions and ensuring data confidentiality.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment between compensation and benefits and other HR functions, such as recruitment.
Provide support to senior management on compensation and benefits-related decisions in alignment with Company goals.
Requirements
Good degree in any discipline
At least 3 years of relevant Total Rewards and HR experience
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills is critical for this role
