Key Responsibilities

As part of the pioneer team for the new hospital and a member of the dynamic multi-disciplinary Cluster/Site Finance team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable healthcare for our community by being involved in:

  1. Formulating finance-related Processes, Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  2. Establishing and driving the Financial planning and Budgeting to achieve organizational goals and priorities.
  3. Participating in regular planning and meetings, including design workshops, IT systems implementation, and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) partnering with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Monitoring actual performance against targets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Conducting analytics and scenario modelling for insights and trends to drive key decisions.
  6. Acting as a communication liaison among various stakeholders, key management, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary discussions for the successful set-up of the hospital.
  7. Managing funding requests for the set-up of the hospital.
  8. Tracking and monitoring funding utilization to ensure compliance.
  9. Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and will be sent for relevant courses to gain hands-on process experience.
