You would be responsible for envisioning and working closely with our airport partners and internal stakeholders to spearhead One Changi Airside culture building and transforming the workplace at Changi Airside. This includes introducing culture building initiatives to inculcate the One Changi Airside identity, enhancing amenities (e.g. cafes, staff lounges), and implementing recognition and appreciation initiatives for the airside workforce. The candidate will also be required to roll out a performance incentive programme to reward airside personnel who meet performance indicators. Additionally, he/she is required to review policies relating to heat stress and haze management, develop initiatives to alleviate their impact on airside workers, and take on projects relating to enhancing the airside workplace.
