Our client in the maritime industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for their newly set up division. The ideal candidate will have a background in venue capital, corporate investment, or business development within the energy transition or maritime sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Electrification & Energy Transition Projects.
2. Support financial modeling, market research, and investment structuring for potential deals.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for energy transition opportunities within the company's assets and operations.
4. Collaborate with startup founders, industry partners, and venture capital networks to explore strategic partnerships.
5. Develop business proposals and manage pilot projects for electrification and low-carbon energy solutions.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in venue capital, corporate investment, or business development in energy transition or maritime industry.
3. Excellent analytical skills, with a background in financial analysis, investment due diligence, and market research.
4. Familiarity with decarbonization technologies, energy storage solutions, and maritime electrification trends.
5. Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including startups, regulators, and infrastructure partners.
