ASSISTANT MANAGER, SALES

Our client in the maritime industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for their newly set up division. The ideal candidate will have a background in venue capital, corporate investment, or business development within the energy transition or maritime sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Electrification & Energy Transition Projects.
• Support financial modelling, market research, and investment structuring for potential deals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for energy transition opportunities within the company's assets and operations.
• Collaborate with startup founders, industry partners, and venture capital networks to explore strategic partnerships.
• Develop business proposals and manage pilot projects for electrification and low-carbon energy solutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in venue capital, corporate investment, or business development in energy transition or maritime industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a background in financial analysis, investment due diligence, and market research.
• Familiarity with decarbonization technologies, energy storage solutions, and maritime electrification trends.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including startups, regulators, and infrastructure partners.
